It's the money you hold for them, written down. Nothing is linked to a bank and nothing moves on its own. When they ask and you say yes, you hand it over.
What age is it for?
From about four, with a grown-up nearby. You can make the words and buttons bigger for a younger child or smaller for an older one.
We use Questy. Do stars count?
Yes, if you want. Set how many stars make a dollar and your child can turn stars from Questy, Vimmy or Thunky into money in their spend jar.
Is Jarry free?
Yes. Free covers 2 children and everything in the app. Plus adds room for more children and new ideas for what to save for every month, for A$7.99 a month or A$49.99 a year.
Can we use two devices?
Yes. One family account works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Your child ticks on the tablet and you say yes on your phone.
Is my child's data safe?
No adverts, no analytics and no tracking. What your family adds stays yours, and deleting the account deletes all of it.
